Our experience of local authority leasing, and funding in the NHS sector has grown considerably since starting in 2000. The changes in both the way we conduct business as a community i.e. more through service-based contracts rather than equipment ones,has been a large factor, and the change in governing regulations, particularly the introduction of the Prudential code in the Local Authority arena, whilst providing an area of doubt in the short-term but, we believe,  is a major opportunity for organisations such as ourselves, willing and able to operate in the service-based business environment to provide for financial solutions to both Authorities and their suppliers.
